Janitorial Supply Delivery in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky: Where We Deliver, How It Works, What We Stock

Janitorial Supply Delivery in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky: Where We Deliver, How It Works, What We Stock
Table of contents

If you have ever stared at an empty paper-towel dispenser and realised nobody reordered, you know the problem: a search for a janitorial store near me, a store trip that eats time, and still nobody on staff who owns the reorder. Premier Janitorial is our janitorial supply division, and it exists to take that errand off your plate. We stock the can liners, cleaning chemicals, paper, soap, gloves and wipes that restaurants, clinics and workplaces burn through, and we deliver them on the same weekly routes that already bring linens, uniforms and floor mats to businesses across Ohio, Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

Where Premier Janitorial delivers

Our routes run out of five locations in Ohio and Indiana. Each has its own local phone number, so a question about a delivery goes to someone who knows the route rather than a national call center.

Service areas by state, with the communities each of our local pages names:

We also reach parts of West Virginia. The full list of city pages is on our service areas index.

Outside the cities listed above?

Routes extend past the cities named on this page, but we would rather confirm than guess. If you are in Fort Wayne, Toledo, Lima, Cleveland, Akron, Louisville, Lexington, Terre Haute, Evansville or anywhere else in the region, call 1-800-536-1000 with your address and we will tell you straight whether a route passes you and on what day.

How janitorial supply delivery works

There are two ways to get product.

1. Online ordering from the catalog

The Premier Janitorial online catalog carries more than 2,000 items. You order what you need, and it is delivered in a few days. This is the right channel for one-off needs, seasonal spikes (extra liners and carry-out containers before a banquet weekend), or a new location you are stocking from scratch. If you are not sure which product fits, a sales representative at 1-800-536-1000 will walk through the options with you before you buy.

2. Replenishment on your weekly route

If we already deliver linens, uniforms or floor mats to your building, consumables ride along on the same stop. Your route representative checks dispenser levels, refills paper and soap, replaces low items and adjusts the standing order as usage changes, as described in our article on fully managed restroom supply. You see the same driver on the same day every week, and the supplies you forget about until they run out stop running out.

The practical difference between this and a store or an online marketplace: nobody at your business has to remember. A restaurant manager closing at midnight is not going to notice that the last case of C-fold towels was opened on Tuesday. A route representative who has serviced that restroom every week for two years will.

Between deliveries

Run short mid-week? Call the local branch. Extra stock goes out as quickly as the route allows. That is the same promise our linen customers rely on; Eye Center of Columbus describes it on our testimonials page as "I can call today and have what I need tomorrow."

What we stock

Premier Janitorial covers the categories a commercial building goes through fastest. The table below links to each product page, where you can see formats and specifications.

Food-service disposablesCarry-out containers and related kitchen disposablesRestaurants, caterers, banquet centers

Mops and floor mats we handle as a rental service instead. Rather than selling you a mop head you throw away, our mop service swaps dust mops and wet mops for laundered ones each week, and our floor mat rental rotates clean entrance, anti-fatigue and logo mats on the same schedule. Microfiber cloths and flat mops are laundered and returned the same way.

Buying for a kitchen vs. buying for a clinic

Restaurants and healthcare facilities need different things in a couple of places worth flagging.

Restaurants and bars. Typical kitchen needs include E2 food-service hand soap, food-service gloves, degreaser and quaternary sanitizer for the line, kitchen wipers, and liners sized for the dish pit. Dave Andrus of Pearl Street and Pure Eatery describes the mix: "We rent towels, aprons and napkins from them, along with hand sanitizing stations for our guests. All of this great service and product while also remaining affordable."

Healthcare. Clinics, surgery centers and dental practices need the disinfectant on the shelf to match the pathogens their infection-prevention policy names. Every registered disinfectant carries an EPA registration number, and the EPA publishes lists of registered products by pathogen (MRSA/VRE, C. difficile spores, bloodborne pathogens and others). Tell our sales representatives which list your policy references and they will walk through the options with you, so you are buying on the registration number rather than the front label. Infectious-waste and bio-hazard liners, healthcare-grade wipers and hands-free soap dispensers round out most clinic orders. One clarification: our TRSA Hygienically Clean Healthcare certification and HLAC accreditation cover how we launder the gowns, scrubs and sheets we deliver, not the janitorial products themselves.

What it costs, and what it does not

We price janitorial supplies aggressively and quote them in plain line items. What we will not do is bury the price. Our invoicing standard is consistent pricing from cycle to cycle, line items you can read without a decoder, and a heads-up before anything changes.

Linen and uniform accounts also get our inventory tracking software and a monthly usage review with an account representative. Restroom consumables are monitored and adjusted by your route representative based on what the building actually uses.

Why a route beats a store for a business buyer

  • It rides on the delivery you already have. If a truck is stopping for linens or mats, the janitorial cases come with it.
  • One account, one phone number. Linens, uniforms, mats, mops and janitorial supplies handled by the same local branch, with a person who answers.
  • Someone watches inventory who is not you. Route representatives flag low stock before it becomes an emergency.
  • Local accountability. We are a family-owned company that started in Dayton in 1931, and the same local driver and route representative handle your account week after week. Our history page has the long version.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a linen customer to order janitorial supplies?

Premier Janitorial supplies are designed to ride along with weekly linen and uniform deliveries, which is where the route replenishment model does its best work. Call 1-800-536-1000 to set up ordering for your situation.

Is there a minimum order?

We do not publish a janitorial minimum. Ask when you call and you will get a direct answer.

How fast is delivery on online orders?

Catalog orders are delivered in a few days. Route customers get standing items weekly, with extra stock dispatched between stops when needed.

Do you deliver janitorial supplies in Louisville, Lexington, Fort Wayne or Toledo?

Those cities are outside the areas listed on this page. Call 1-800-536-1000 with your address and we will confirm whether a route reaches you rather than make a promise we cannot keep.

Can you serve several locations across Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky on one account?

Yes. Our guide for multi-location restaurant groups explains how multi-site programs are set up, including adding mats, mop service, restroom paper and Premier Janitorial supplies as the group's needs change.

Do you sell floor machines, vacuums or other janitorial equipment?

Our focus is consumables and dispensing systems: paper, soap, chemical dilution-control units, liners, gloves and wipes, plus mop and mat rental. If you need a specific piece of equipment, ask your representative.
